ABOUT BERITH LAB // VISION & SCHOLARSHIP

Academic depth in a unified workspace

The story, architecture, and conviction behind Berith Lab: a tool built by a scholar for those who approach the Scriptures with rigor.

Section 1 // The Project

An academic study workspace designed bilingual from day one

Berith Lab is a bilingual academic Bible study workspace (English/Spanish) bringing together in one place: Hebrew and Greek interlinears with Strong's numbers, a 12,040-term lexicon, classical public domain commentaries, an interactive atlas with 250+ geocoded sites and 45+ biblical journeys, homiletic sermon preparation based on Nave's Topical Bible, and reading plans with cloud synchronization.

Unlike conventional biblical software suites that treat Spanish as an afterthought or rely on automated translations, Berith Lab was engineered from day one to function natively in two languages—not as a translated layer added later. Every definition, topical reference, and map operates with equal precision in both English and Spanish.

Hebrew & Greek Interlinear with Strong’s

Word-by-word grammatical dissection, morphological tags, and original vocalization without third-party dependencies.

12,040-Term Academic Lexicon

Full integration of Brown-Driver-Briggs (BDB) and Thayer’s lexicons with fuzzy phonetic search in English and Spanish.

Classical Public Domain Commentaries

Curated library of historical reference works and expositions freely accessible without recurring paywalls.

Interactive Biblical Atlas

250+ geocoded locations, 45+ sequential biblical journeys, and 5 ancient empires strictly mapped to biblical geography.

Homiletic Sermon Preparation

Topical classification directly grounded in Nave’s Topical Bible, structured to assist your exegesis without ghostwriting.

Reading Plans with Cloud Sync

The M’Cheyne 365-day reading plan with cross-device sync to maintain structured daily discipline.

Section 2 // The Founder

Built out of a genuine need for research simplicity

Adrian Gomez

Creator & Developer

Bachelor of Theology with minor in Biblical Languages (2018)

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a minor in Biblical Languages. From his early undergraduate studies, the constant friction of jumping between disparate tools to examine a single passage—Strong's in one tab, BDB in another, a commentary in a third window, and the Atlas in a separate app—led him to envision a truly unified environment.

Since graduating in 2018, he has combined his theological background with self-taught software development to construct the exact tool he needed: one that functions just as effectively in Spanish as in English, and never forces the scholar to choose between depth and simplicity.

Independent Solo Project

Crafted independently, free from corporate dilution or features disconnected from the sacred text.

Rigor without Commercial Paywalls

Designed so foundational exegesis resources remain reliable and unencumbered by artificial hurdles.
