• Identification and Account: Email address and name (provided during signup or Google federated authentication).
• Subscription and Billing Data: Subscription tier status, Stripe customer ID, and renewal dates. Berith Lab never stores or has access to your full credit/debit card numbers; all financial transactions are processed and stored directly by Stripe.
• Study Data and Personalization: Reading plan progression, personal exegetical notes, saved scriptures, and interface preferences (language, theme). All this content is stored securely under your unique user profile path (/users/{uid}) in Firebase Firestore.

The information collected is used strictly for operational and educational service purposes:

• Provide authenticated access to the Berith Lab workspace and analytical modules.
• Process recurring subscription billing and manage cancellations through Stripe.
• Synchronize your notes, atlas bookmarks, and reading progress in real time across multiple browsers and devices.
• Respond to technical inquiries, billing clarifications, or support requests.

Berith Lab does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party data brokers or marketing networks.

We use cookies and local browser storage strictly necessary to keep your session authenticated and preserve your display preferences. On the marketing site (berithlab.com), we deploy Google Tag Manager under container ID GTM-TH4NP3CV, which may load Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visitor navigation and identify which academic features are most helpful.

Berith Lab’s database and authentication infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), whose servers are situated in the United States of America. Payment processing is likewise handled by Stripe Inc.

These international providers operate under recognized contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and certified international data protection frameworks), ensuring robust physical and digital security for your records.

Your exegetical notes, bookmarks, and reading history are preserved actively while your subscription remains in good standing. If you choose to cancel, we retain your records for a 90-calendar-day grace period to allow you to reactivate without losing your study work.

Once the 90-day period expires (or sooner upon your explicit request for account deletion), your personal profile and study records in /users/{uid} are permanently purged from our active databases.

Pursuant to Mexican Federal Data Protection Legislation (LFPDPPP) and comparable international privacy laws, you possess the ongoing legal right to exercise your ARCO rights:

• Access: Request confirmation and a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal records.
• Cancellation / Erasure: Request the permanent deletion of your data when no longer needed for service delivery.
• Opposition / Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific circumstances.
