Terms of Service
Please review these terms carefully. By creating an account and activating a subscription, you agree to these conditions of use for Berith Lab.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, completing billing, and accessing the Berith Lab web platform (including informational materials at berithlab.com and the software application at app.berithlab.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Adrian Gomez (sole proprietor residing in Mexico), operator and owner of the service. If you disagree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue your subscription and use of the platform.

- Guided reading tracks (including M’Cheyne 365-day track) with cloud sync.
3. Accounts, Pricing, and Subscriptions

- Subscription Plans: Monthly subscription at $9.99 USD/month or annual subscription at $99 USD/year.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) using your payment method on file via Stripe, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
The license granted is for your individual personal, ministerial, educational, or scholarly use. You are expressly prohibited from:
- Sharing credentials to permit multiple individuals simultaneous access to a single account.
- Bulk downloading, systematic scraping, or automated harvesting of Berith Lab’s database, lexicon, or modules.
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or commercializing any portion of the proprietary application code, styling, or service layers.
- Attempting to decompile, bypass authentication controls, or compromise server and API security.
5. Intellectual Property and Attribution
The software architecture, user interface design, source code, data compilation, and the Berith Lab brand are the exclusive property of Adrian Gomez.
Biblical Texts and Historical Sources: The 30 biblical editions hosted in the catalog belong to the public domain and are attributed to their original historical translators and editors. Lexical entries contain definitions and morphological notes generated with artificial intelligence assistance and verified through sample exegesis for study purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain top-tier uptime and stability, Berith Lab does not guarantee that access will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by scheduled maintenance and upstream cloud outages.
7. Termination and Suspension
Berith Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who materially or repeatedly breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent billing practices, or compromises system integrity. You may terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your recurring subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico). Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the competent courts in Mexico, and the parties hereby waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of present or future domicile.
